Weekly, fortnightly or Monthly Wellbeing Enhancements

Start with the big picture. Decide on incorporating weekly rituals into your routine, as these can deepen your sense of well-being and provide opportunities for self-care. Here are some ideas that you can incorporate.

1. Detox Day :

  • Dedicate one day a week to detoxing your body and mind. Start with a cup of Cleansing Tea from Herbal Healing and follow up with a light, plant-based diet to support your detox efforts.

  • Go for a brisk walk, get fresh air, mental clarity or walk in nature in a trail or forest area.

  • Enhance with Essential Oils: Use detoxifying oils like lemon or grapefruit in a bath with the Detox Bath blend, [if you are a bath lover], or add 5 or 6 drops into your shower with a flannel and scrub your body, to complement your cleansing routine.

2. Self-Care Saturdays:

  • Use the weekend to pamper yourself. Brew a cup of Wellbeing Tea, designed to uplift your mood, and especially powerful for women going through life change, and add to your day a massage, manicure or a facial at your local day spa.

  • Socialising can uplift mood and stimulate thinking and give you a sense of belonging and connection with others. This is extremely important to your wellbeing weekly rituals.

  • Ground or relax at the beach or forest. Weather dependent, go to the beach, or climb a hill and sit on the top, reflecting on your progress for the week and focus for the week to come.

3. Reflection and Goal Setting:

  • Take time each week to reflect on your wellbeing journey. Pair this practice with teas, a relaxing candle, or sitting in the sun to create an atmosphere that supports you to relax, reflect and re-align with your wellbeing goals, whether it’s relaxation, energy, or detoxification.

  • Self Reflection and inner awareness is a critical skill to have in designing your life..... Here are some questions to ask yourself that may be helpful:

    • Am I thriving in my life right now?

    • What do I need to do differently in 2025 to continue thriving?

    • What or who do I need to release and let go of today, to thrive this year?

    • Who are my like-minded tribe? Where are they?

    • What network do I want to belong to that supports me to thrive?

    • What belief do I need to change to create a different outcome for my wellbeing?

    • What belief is getting in my way and I'm ready to let go of?

    • What does my body ask for and I continue to ignore?

    • What outcomes do I want to achieve in the next 90days for my wellbeing?

    • What additional activity could I incorporate into my wellbeing plan? eg: Yoga, walking, meditation, going to a retreat 2x a year, etc.

Daily Routines

Morning Detox and Revitalization

Mornings set the tone for the day, making it essential to start with practices that energize and detoxify your body. Begin with journalling, meditating and / or writing your daily affirmations as the food for your mental and emotional being. Next

1. Begin with a Cleansing Tea:

  • Start your morning with Herbal Healing’s Cleansing Tea, designed to detoxify your liver, blood, and digestive system. Ingredients like dandelion root, burdock, and nettle work synergistically to flush out toxins and prepare your body for the day ahead.

  • How to Use: Brew a cup of Cleansing Tea as part of your wake-up routine. Pair it with a few minutes of deep breathing or journaling to enhance mental clarity.

2. Add Essential Oils for Energy:

  • Incorporate invigorating essential oils like peppermint or citrus blends in the Energy Blend into your morning. These oils are great in preparing you for the day to stimulate your senses and boost your energy. Or use the Ground Blend, balances and stabilises emotions first thing in the morning.

  • Pro Tip: Apply the Energy Blend in the handy roll-on bottle to your wrists for an uplifting scent throughout the morning.

Midday Mental Clarity and Focus

Afternoons are often when energy dips and distractions peak. Combat this with routines designed to enhance focus and productivity.

1. Boost Mental Clarity with Ashwagandha Supplements:

  • Ashwagandha Supplements are a natural way to manage stress and improve cognitive function. As an adaptogen, ashwagandha helps balance cortisol levels, keeping you calm yet focused. Grab your supplements.. I recommend and love the SuperFeast Brand of products.

  • How to Use: Take one capsule with a light lunch to maintain steady energy and mental clarity throughout the afternoon.

2. Stay Hydrated with Functional Herbal Teas:

  • Sip on Gut Feelings Tea, featuring peppermint and fennel, to aid digestion and prevent midday sluggishness.

  • How to Use: Enjoy this tea after lunch to support your digestive system and prevent that post-meal energy crash.

3. Focus-Enhancing Essential Oils:

  • Inhale and roll-on the uplifting essential oil Energy blend, with ingredients of or peppermint and rosemary during your workday. These oils are known for their ability to enhance concentration and mental sharpness.

  • Pro Tip: Using the roll-on bottle, apply the blend to your temples for a quick midday refresh.
