Ingredients

Organic ginger root, apple, liquorice root, spearmint, juniper berries, dandelion, sea buckthorn leaf, nettle leaf, burdock, artichoke, olive leaf.
Brewing Guide

How to Brew:
Add approximately
1–2 teaspoons of loose herbal tea per 250 ml cup

Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to steep, covered, for
8–10 minutes
.
A longer infusion of 10–15 minutes will produce a stronger, more robust and slightly more bitter herbal flavour.
Strain and enjoy warm.
Drink
1 cup daily initially
and increase to a maximum of 2 cups daily if appropriate. Ensure you maintain adequate water intake throughout the day.

Because the blend contains liquorice root , people with high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, low potassium or fluid-retention problems should seek professional advice before use. Liquorice containing glycyrrhizin can raise blood pressure and affect potassium levels when consumed excessively or for prolonged periods.
People with gallstones, bile-duct obstruction or diagnosed liver/biliary disease should seek medical advice before using products containing dandelion or artichoke. Artichoke preparations are specifically contraindicated in certain liver and bile-duct disorders.
