My journey into holistic health began after witnessing the impact prolonged stress and anxiety had on members of my own family. This experience inspired me to study herbal medicine at the Waikato School of Herbal Medicine, New Zealand, Energy healing at the Natural Healing Institute, Auckland, Chinese Medicine Principles at the University of Hong Kong and Aromatology, the science of plant based medicine in essential oil form, at the Aromaflex Academy, Nelson for 2 years.
